Short description of Saturday´s Night Parties In Paurito

Pauriteñas parties are parties that are held in the ancient town of  "Paurito" located 35 kms from  the city of Santa Cruz.

These parties are held every Saturday night and consist of a celebration or social event organized usually by families of limited economic resources.

This saturday´s night parties  are to highlight a social event and in most cases to celebrate the  15 years of young  woman and  the starting of the new stage in her life .

It is also a oportunity for the women´s family to raise some money to pay for the organization and for some others needs

The parties are simple and the place where it  is held is the  yard of the young women´s house

These  parties are organized with usually with latin music, classics and contemporary  music

The organizers are usually parents and / or homeowner where the party is held . They sale the drinks, the  beer  may have a price of  Bs 10.00 per bottle of 750 ml.

The main  attraction of  the pauteña parties  could be  the opportunity to meet people of the opposite sex.

And the  diversity  and interesting background of the people that  attend. Her you can find  people with  Mennonite  and navite backgrounds among others. What makes  the party more interesting is the mixture these races their customs
