In the city of Santa Cruz

At the time  appointed  previously, we pick you up at your  hotel to begin the tour on  some streets, avenues and neighborwoods of the city  such as: Equipetrol, Sirari and Las Colinas del Urubo

Once of the first places to visit  is going to be the  primer anillo (first ring) which in turn is one of the first roads of the city  that was  asphated  in 1955.

This project was done Leaving  in the middle a big area, for gardens. where nowadays we  can find  different species of   large trees such as the "Tajibo" (Tabebuia serratifolia), "Toborochi (Chorisia speciosa)  "Mara" or "Mahogany "(Swietenia macrophylla King) and other plants.

We will also take a short tour of the second ring of the city and through the third inner and outer ring.

The area between  the third inner and the  third  outer ring was supposed  to be  destined for the city main services as hospitals,  schools and others. But this plan  in the most part of it was not fulfilled, due to the incompetence of the some authorities

We headed for the neighborwoods  of Equipetrol and Sirari where you can see construction of private dwellings of stable income families.

Later we Drive  through the  cuarto anillo (fourth ring) on the way  to the area of the Uruba Hills, crossing the bridge over the Rio Pirai

This bridge was built at the initiative of Mr. Mario Foianini to be able to reach an area of nice hills so close to the down town of the large city of  Santa Cruz, a city  in great expantion. But  it was separated by the Rio Pirai.

At the time of the construction of the bridge, the economic of Bolivia was not doing so good and due to this situations the plans of   Mario Foianini were not came out as he expected it. And some say that because of this is comited suicide (www.eldeber.com.bo/anteriores/20010220/economia_6.html)

Nowadays and for many years these hills of Urubo is the area most expensive of  Santa Cruz. Where is possible to see all kind of private houses  and big closed condominiums ony 15 minites for down town.

After 2 hours we leave it at your hotel.
