Short Description of The Ayoreo Culture

This ethnic group lived more than 30 years ego in the forests of what is now known as the Chiquitania.

It is one of the ethnics that lived  the culture change imposed by the Jesuits.

Nowadays they are  living in a community in the Chiquitania.

Are grouped into communities where they live  preserving their language  and some  others parts of their original culture.

It is believed that there are no longer nomadic tribes of the  Ayoreos in the forest, because  some men came out  of the forest about 30 years ago and the say so.

In this community in particular live entire families, most of them have a 100% native  background, the  father and mather are 100%  ayoreos, having been borned while they  were still part of a nomadic tribes.

The fact that we will Be able to talk with these people, in spanish or through a translator will gives us the opportunity to   soak us up in their knowledge about all the aspects of their dayly  life. Including  natural medicine, and spiritual beliefs of their original culture.

Also this person willl tell us a little about the human relationship  with the others mammals in  forest.

Their eating habits is another myth and mystery that each one of us  will have the opportunity to  decipher hearing and understanding these people that came out of the forest.

Also their reproductive habits and breeding will be another interesting issue that if there is enough time and if the difference of language allows us, we will be able to  understand.
